Greg Martinez has worked in Sonoma State TRIO Training for 5 years and serves as the Director of the Center for Educational Opportunities (CEO) at Boise State University. The Center houses 12 TRIO and two Migrant Education programs which include SSS, UB, and TS, VUB, McNair, HEP and CAMP programs. As a 30 year director, he has written numerous SSS and McNair grants and has collaborated on VUB, HEP and CAMP grants. In 2020 he wrote and was awarded five SSS grants which are now annually serving 650 eligible students. In October 2023, the Center celebrated the 20th anniversary of the Boise State McNair program which Greg has directed since its beginning at Boise State.
Greg received his Bachelors degree in Geosciences from Humboldt State University (now Cal Poly Humboldt) in California and two Masters degrees in Education from Boise State University.
