Dr. Fernandez is currently the Acting Director of Matriculation and EOPS/CARE and helps oversee the TRIO programs at Woodland Community College.  She has over 20 years working with SSS, SSS-ESL, Talent Search and Upward Bound both at the four-year and the community college. Her expertise includes law and regulations, program management, recruitment, site reviews, coaching and data management
